The petitioner has challenged the sanctioned Draft Development Plan. The learned Counsel for the petitioner, however, 1/ 903-wp-6280-15.doc

stated that subsequent to the fling of the petition, the fnal plan is sanctioned, upon which the petitioner has made a representation to the State Government and the State Government has asked the Planning Authority to examine the issues raised by the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the petition has become infructuous. Keeping the petitioner's further remedies open with respect to his pending representation, this petition is disposed of. (B.P.
