By consent of the petitioners and respondent Nos.1 and 3 who are present in Court, following order is passed: 2.

The impugned orders passed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal dated 10th February 2015 in Application No.Tenancy/Revision/258/B/2012/Raigad and order dated 30th April 2012 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Panvel in Tenancy Appeal No.31 of 2011 are quashed and set aside. 3.

The Sub-Divisional Officer shall decide the application for condonation of delay in Tenancy Appeal No.31 of 2011 on merits

The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 5.

The parties are at liberty to file additional pleadings if they desire.
