Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 206 of 2017 registered with the Ghatkopar Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is alleged to have got Sim cards of Aircel Company, for

2/3 persons, who did not have documents, by using documents of other persons. He submits that the said Sim cards were not used or handed over and was done only to achieve the Company's target. 4.

Learned APP states on instructions, that 153 Sim cards of Aircel Company were found in the custody of the applicant. He submitted that the applicant had used genuine documents to get Sim cards, for persons, who did not have documents. He also does not dispute the fact, that the said Sim cards were not distributed by the applicant to the other persons.

Perused the papers. It appears that the applicant had got Sim cards of Aircel Company, issued on the basis of forged documents. The applicant is alleged to have misused genuine documents and got issued Sim cards of Aircel Company, however, the same were not distributed by her to any persons. All the 153 Sim cards are in the custody of the police. 6.

Considering the aforesaid, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the

3/3 applicant is granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms and conditions:

ORDER

(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount ;

(ii) The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station as and when called, till the filing of the charge-sheet or for a period of three months from today, whichever is earlier.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.

It is made clear, that the observations made herein are prima facie and are confined to this application.
