1) By an order dated 4.5.2017 the applicant was granted interim relief.

2) The record clearly indicates that the vehicle in question i.e. Hundai Verna Car has already been seized by the police on 18.3.2015. After perusing the record of investigation this Court is of the view that the custodial interrogation of the applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. The interim relief granted by an order dated 4.5.2017 is confirmed.
