We find that the order against which the petition is filed has been complied with by respondent nos.1 and 2 though belatedly. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already challenged the said decision by way of writ petition.
Keeping all contentions open to be raised in the said writ petition in regard to the loss suffered by the petitioner due to the delay caused in taking decision on his representation, we dispose of this Contempt Petition.
