Learned counsel for the parties have tendered consent minutes of the order. The consent minutes of the order are signed by both the parties, as also they are initialed by their respective advocates. The parties are stated to be present in the Court and are identified by their respective advocates. There is no dispute on the signatures of the parties. Accordingly consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification and shall form part of this order. 2.

Paragraph 'A' of the consent term, however, cannot be accepted as the parties are required to approach the Family Court by way of appropriate proceedings to seek a decree of divorce by mutual consent

Devendra 2/2 30-wp-7756-2017.odt as per provisions of section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Subject to the said modification, the petition is disposed of in terms of consent terms.

The statements as made in the consent terms shall be treated as a solemn statement made to Court and the respective statements of the parties stand accepted.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs. The copy of the order be forwarded to the Family court. 5.

Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 6.

The amount of maintenance as being agreed in the consent terms shall be deposited in the Saving Bank Account of the wife being Saving Bank Account No.321702010223993 Union Bank of India, Camp Branch, Pune.
