This is fourth application filed by applicant for enlargement on bail. On 9/2/2022 this Court had observed as follows : "2. The learned APP upon instructions submits that the whereabouts of the complainant are not known. He was original resident of Uttar Pradesh and has gone to his native place. The learned Sessions Court to issue witness summons to the complainant and proceed with the trial by recording the evidence of the other witnesses. The learned APP shall take instructions."

The other witnesses are being examined. The learned Sessions Court shall proceed with the trial after issuing witness summons to the Talwalkar

13.BA2111.2021.doc complainant. It would not be appropriate to consider an application for grant of bail at the fag end of the trial. In view of this, application stands dismissed. The learned Sessions Judge seized with the matter shall conclude the trial as far as possible by 30th December, 2022. The application is disposed of accordingly.
