The Petitioner had filed application to the Jail Authority requesting to release him temporarily so as to meet his ailing mother in 2015. However, the said request of the Petitioner was turned down. Hence this Petition. The grievance raised by the Petitioner was of the year 2015. In case the said grievance of the Petitioner still subsists, We impress upon the Jail Authority to look into the said grievance of the Petitioner and take appropriate decision sympathetically as expeditiously as possible and within a period of two weeks from the receipt of the copy of this order and communicate the decision to the Petitioner. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
