Counsel for the petitioner sought discharge on the ground that he is unable to contact the petitioner. 2.
Counsel for the respondents informs that the order impugned is in the nature of issuance of share transfer certificate. Order impugned is passed under Section 23(2) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, whereby the order of the District Deputy Registrar passed on 2nd March, 2015 was set aside and the respondents were directed to be admitted as members of the respondent No.3 society. It is further informed that the share certificate is already issued in favour of the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

In the aforesaid background, it appears that the order impugned is already complied with by the respondent No.3 society.

Apart from above, the conduct of the petitioner in not co-operating his own counsel in getting the matter decided which has resulted into pending of petition for last six years prompts this Court to dispose of this petition as infructuous.

The petition as such stands disposed of as infructuous.
