Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that an appeal has been fled under Section 56 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, which was otherwise to be considered by the Standing Committee, which powers are since being exercised by the Administrator i.e. Thane Municipal Commissioner. In that view of the matter, in our opinion, since the Petitioner has already availed the alternate remedy, we are not incline to pass any order in the R.V. Patil
