Being aggrieved by non-refund of Rs.5000/- deposited towards surety amount, the Petitioner has filed this Petition. It appears that the Petitioner was released on furlough leave on condition of furnishing one surety of Rs.5000/-, which was deposited at the relevant time. It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, the said amount of Rs.5000/- was not returned by the Tashil Office, Malegaon Dist. Nashik. In case the said amount of Rs.5000/- is not yet returned by the concerned officer of Tahasil Office, Malegaon Dist. Nashik, the said Tahsildar of Malegaon to return the said amount to the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and within a period of two weeks from the receipt of copy of this order.
