The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the charge was framed by the learned Sessions Judge in November 2021 and the trial has commenced and some of the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. 2.

In such circumstances, he submitted that this Court may pass appropriate order.

In the circumstances, the Criminal Application is disposed of. The learned Sessions Judge shall proceed with the trial as expeditiously as possible.
