This is an appeal of the year 1994. The respondent No.3A is yet to be served. The connected appeal i.e. First Appeal No.572 of 1994 along with the cross­objections therein has already been disposed of by judgment and order dated 04 March 2011. Both the first appeal as well as cross­objections came to be dismissed. The connected matter concerns acquisition of the same village and accordingly, for the reasons set out in judgment and order dated 04 March 2011 in First Appeal No.572 of 1994, this appeal is also dismissed. Pending Civil Applications do not survive and the same are also disposed of.
