As directed by this court on 10th June, 2022 (Paragraph No.8, 9 and 10), respondent has filed affidavit dated 7th July 2022 for consent to convert the decree of divorce dated 4th February 2010 into a decree of divorce by mutual consent and also confirms that the allegations that he had levelled against appellant in the main petition and the evidence stands withdrawn and the court could expunge findings of cruelty and desertion of the family court in the impugned judgment.

In the circumstances, we hereby convert the decree of divorce granted on 4th February 2010 into a decree of divorce by mutual consent. Decree be drawn up accordingly.

There is still an outstanding, as stated in paragraph no.4(c), of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) that falls due on or before 31st July 2022. Mrs. Temkar states that the amount will be paid to appellant by 28th July 2022.
