As the learned Additional Public Prosecutor was unable to argue the matter on 22nd August 2017, by the Order of the same date, this Court had directed the investigator to attend the Court on 24th August 2017 for assisting this Court. On 28th August 2017, as the Investigating Officer was not present this Court had directed issuance of notice to him. Today, the investigating Officer is present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has worked out the matter and, as such, the notice, if any, issued to the investigator in pursuant to the Order dated 28th August 2017 is dispensed with.
