These petitions are filed praying therein to direct respondent No.5Education Officer to decide the proposals sent by respondent No. 6Educational Institution and Head Master of respondent No.7- Secondary School for individual approval to the appointment of the petitioners on the post of 'Junior Clerk' at respondent No.7 - Secondary School, within stipulated period.

The learned Addl.GP, on instructions of respondent No.5, makes a statement that pending proposals for approval of appointment of the petitioners on the post of 'Junior Clerk' at respondent No.7's school will be decided within a period of eight weeks from today. 3.

In the light of statement made by learned Addl.GP, on instructions of respondent No.5, who is present in the Court, Writ Petitions stand disposed of.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the said proposals sent by respondent No.6 to respondent No.5, and it is for the Education Officer/ Education Inspector to take an 2/3
