Mr. Karandikar submitted that there was a delay of about 28 days in filing the C.R.A. By conditional order dated 14.12.2015, four weeks time was granted for removing office objections, failing which, C.R.A. was to stand refused. Mr. Karandikar submitted that applicant has filed Civil Application for condonation of delay. It was however filed beyond the period of four weeks stipulated in the order dated 14.12.2015. He further states that notices were not issued in the main matter. 3.

As the applicant has filed application for condonation of delay, order dated 14.12.2015 is recalled. 1/2
