By this application, the applicant seeks time to furnish sureties as well to deposit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and time is extended by a period of four weeks to enable the applicant to furnish sureties and to deposit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, as directed by this Court vide order 21st March, 2016. 4.
