Whilst petitioner is seeking issue of writ, order or direction to respondents to revise form 3 by correcting the disputed amount payable under DTVSV, petition has been responded by saying in paragraph 9 as under :- "9. I say that upon receiving an application for rectification on the 26th day of February 2021, a rectification order was passed by the 3rd respondent on the 2nd June 2021 and a certificate was submitted to my office that the total tax arrears payable by the

41. WP 2286-2021.doc petitioner was Rs. 2,59,779. Accordingly the rectification was carried out by the Assessing Officer and the issue of the certificate is under process."

In view of aforesaid statement appearing in the affidavit-in-reply, grievance of the petitioner appears to have been substantially met with and purpose of the petition would be worked out, by directing the respondents to complete formality of issuing Form - 3. As such, respondents would issue Form - 3 to petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
