Heard Mr. Shalgaokar, learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

Perused the orders dated 5th June, 2018 and 27th June, 2018. In pursuance of the order dated 27th June, 2018, Mr. Shalgaonkar has tendered undertaking of petitioner No.1 Laxmi Vilas Wagh and petitioner No.2 Sweta Vilas Wagh. In the undertakings, it is stated that petitioners are residing in the suit premises along with minor son Pratamesh Vilas Wagh and nobody else is in possession. They have further undertaken to hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises to the respondent on 11th June, 2019. 3.

Mr. Shalgaonkar further states that petitioners are present in the Court. Along with undertaking of petitioner No.1, he has enclosed photo copy of her Aadhar Card and has handed over photo copy of Aadhar Card of Petitioner No.2. Undertakings are taken on record and marked "A colly" for identification. Photo copy of Aadhar Card of petitioner No.2 is taken on record and marked 'B' for identification. Undertakings given by the petitioners are accepted.
