This application is filed for stay to the investigation of C.R. No.61 of 2001 registered with EOW, Unit-V, Crime Branch, CID, Mumbai.

Mr. Naik, learned Counsel for the applicant relies upon order dated 3rd December, 2009 passed in Writ Petition No.1234 of 2001 and submits that stay was already granted but it was vacated automatically after the period of two weeks from the date of the Uday S. Jagtap

The order dated 3rd December, 2009 passed in Writ Petition No. 1234 of 2001 on which Mr. Naik, learned Counsel for the applicant relied upon reveals that the stay was granted only for the period of two weeks and stood vacated in December, 2009. 4.

We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain the application. The application is dismissed accordingly.
