The present writ petition is filed against the order dated 21st June 2006 passed by the Additional Commissioner below application in Election petition. This court, subsequently, had allowed the Additional Commissioner to pass the final judgment.

In light of that, nothing would survive in the petition now. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. No costs. In view of disposal of writ petition, Civil Application No.1934 of 2006 also stands disposed of.
