These Applications are moved for relaxation of condition no. (i) directing accused nos. 1 and 4 not to enter Budh village without obtaining prior permission of the trial Court and also condition no. (ii) directing the applicants to attend police station on every Monday between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., which are imposed by this Court on 17th November, 2014 in Bail Application Nos. 2049 of 2014 and 2164 of 2014. 2.
