By this Civil Application, Application is seeking condonation of 100 days delay in filng First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 20.10.2015 passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag at Raigad in L.A.R.No.809 of 2000 (Old L.A..R.No.17 of 1991).

The learned counsel for the Respondent original Claimant submits that they do not have Mohite 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned A.G.P.for the Applicant and as advocate for the Respondent original Claimant have no objection, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:

"(b) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 100 days in filing the above mentioned First Appeal against the Judgement and Award dated 20.10.2015 passed by the Learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag, Raigad, in L.A.R. No.809 of 2000 (Old L.A.R.No.17/1991)".

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
