The Respondent No.2 shall within two weeks from today hear and dispose of the Appeal dated 25 th March, 2021 filed by the Petitioner under Section 47 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Before passing a speaking order in the Appeal, the Respondent No.2 shall hear the concerned parties and also deal with the written submissions if any, in his order. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Respondent No.2, he shall be at liberty to impugn the same. All contentions of the parties are kept open. Until the decision is taken by the Respondent No.2, status quo as of today shall be maintained by the parties in respect of the subject property. If the order passed by the Respondent No.2 is adverse to the SSP 1/2
