Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

After the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the application, the learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Learned Counsel, however, submits that having regard to the nature of the accusation and the genesis of the offences, the applicant be permitted to revive the prayer for bail after few months.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
