1] This is an application filed under section 439(2) of Cr.P.C. for cancellation of Anticipatory Bail granted to respondent no.1 in C.R. No.7 of 470 of 2014 registered with Juhu Police Station, Mumbai, by the Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai in ABA No.1649 of 2013 by its order dated 28th April, 2014.

2] Learned APP on instructions submitted that during the pendency of the present application, the police have completed 1/2

3] In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa Vs. Sameer Pakvasa & anr. in Criminal Application No.723 of 2014 in ABA No.1785 of 2014 dated 25th January, 2016, the present application for cancellation of anticipatory bail on merits after filing of chargesheet does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
