CORAM: S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & G.S. PATEL, JJ DATED:

4th October 2019 PC:- 1.

The civil application was on board on 17th January 2019. This Court passed the following order on the same: "1. In the presence of the applicant, her advocate seeks leave to withdraw this civil application with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings.

4th October 2019

The civil application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. The writ petition is already disposed of by our order of 8th January 2019.

Thereafter, the Registry brought to the notice of the Bench that it was the civil application which was dismissed on 8th January 2019. The writ petition survives and is not disposed of as is erroneously recorded in the subsequent order. 3.
