Heard. At the outset, the Petitioner in-person restricts this writ petition to the prayer clause (d). The statement is accepted. Prayer clause (d) reads thus :
"this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to expedite the trial of the said both cases bearing CC.No. 46/SW/2009 and CC. No.46/SW/2008, pending in the file of the learned Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 11th Court at Kurla, Mumbai and issue all necessary direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, with further direction to complete the trial of the said two cases latest by 31.12.2015, and then dispose off the said matters strictly within the enhanced time limit granted by this Hon'ble Court, i.e., on or before 08.02.2016"

By the order dated 9th February 2015 passed in Writ patilsr 1 / 2
Petition No.4006 of 2013, at the request of the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 11th Court, Kurla, Mumbai, time to dispose of the afore-mentioned two cases was extended by one year, i.e., upto 8th February 2016.
