By this Civil Revision Application, original defendant no.1 is challenging the order dated 14.09.2016 passed by 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune below Exhibit 67 in S.C.Suit No.184 of 2016 holding that court has Jurisdiction to entertain the Suit as it is filed by the respondent original plaintiff. In view of subsequent development i.e. deletion of section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Application. Same stands abated. Mohite 1/2
