At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioners does not press this Petition and seeks leave to withdraw this Petition, as the Petitioners have filed an Appeal before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Pune. Since the Appeal is pending, learned counsel requests that the Appeal which is pending before the Deputy Director of Land Record, Pune be expedited. 2.

Accordingly, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn, as the Petitioners intend to pursue their Appeal before the Deputy

WP 6911-18.doc Director of Land Records, Pune, which is filed against the Order dated 28.03.2018 passed by the District Superintendent of Land Records, Pune. The Deputy Director of Land Records, Pune is requested to dispose off the Appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any event within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

It is made clear, that this Petition has not been heard on merits. All contentions of all the parties are kept open. 4.

The Petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
