By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking condonation of 141 days delay in filing Civil Revision Application. 3.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant, avernments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing Civil Application. Hence, following order :

a) Civil Application allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus :
