Learned Government Pleader states, on instructions, that Respondent No. 3 - Tahsildar, Shirur seeks to withdraw the Showcause-Notice dated 24.05.2021 as well as the impugned order dated 04.06.2021 passed against the Petitioner. In view thereof, the Showcause-Notice as well as the impugned order passed against the Petitioner stands withdrawn.

The vehicle bearing No. MH-12/QG-7599 shall forthwith be released and handed over to the Petitioner.
