Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is preferred by respondent for fixing early date of hearing of Writ Petition No.2666 of 1996 on the ground that respondent no.1 is 80 years old and respondent no.2 is 71 years old.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as both the applicants are Senior Citizens, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order: a) Hearing of Writ Petition No.2666 of 1996 is expedited.

b) Office is directed to place Writ Petition for final hearing in the weekly board as per its turn in Mohite 1/2

c) Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
