The applicant is on temporary bail on medical ground. Vide order dated 9th June, 2020, in view of the health condition of applicant, bail was granted to the applicant for temporary period. Subsequently by order dated 9th September, 2020 it was extended for a period of three months. Once again by order 17th December, 2020 bail was extended for a period of three months from 9th December, 2020. Further extension was granted by order dated 16th March, 2021 for a period of three months.

Learned APP tendered the report dated 15th June, 2021 with regards to the health condition of the applicant. It is submitted Sajakali Jamadar

16-Ia-1552-2021-In-Ba(St)-1933-2020.doc that in view of the health condition, temporary bail on medical ground can be extended for a period of three months. The applicant can prefer application for bail on merits before Sessions Court. Report submitted by learned APP is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that even on merits the applicant has good case. He would urge his application on merits before this Court. Temporary bail granted by this Court may be extended by period of three months.

In the light of the report and the previous orders passed by this Court temporary bail granted by this Court is extended by three months from today in accordance with order dated 9th June, 2020 and on conditions stipulated therein.The applicant is at liberty to prefer application for bail on merits before the Sessions Court.
