The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 26.4.2018 the applicant has deposited a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Board and receipts to that effect are annexed at Page 17 to the present application. 2.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an Order dated 26.4.2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the concerned Investigating Officer is waived.
