Upon urgent mentioning, taken on Production Board. 2.
The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have filed the private paper book as per the order passed by this Court at the time of admission of the Second Appeal. The applicants have moved this Civil Application for fixing an early date of final hearing of the Second Appeal No. 1053 of 2005. He further submits that the applicants have crossed 80 years and they are senior citizens.

In view of the above submissions and as the applicants are senior citizens, I allow this Civil Application. 4.
The Registry is directed to place this Second Appeal on the board of final hearing under the category of "senior citizens" in the week commencing from 3rd September, 2018.
