The Applicant had earlier approached this court vide Criminal Bail Application No.197 of 2020. Following order was passed on 09/09/2020:

After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this matter, the learned counsel for the Applicant prayed for unconditional withdrawal of this application.

The prayer is accepted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of accordingly."

There is absolutely no change in circumstance on merits. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this application. However, since the applicant is 20 years of age. He is a young man. Therefore, the trial court is directed to consider expediting his trial looking at the pendency of earlier matters before him. 3.
