Heard the learned counsel at length.

Perused the order dated 10th November, 2014. The said order was passed by the Hon'ble Justice Smt. R.P. Sundarbaldota. That the Hon'ble Judge has retired on 9.3.2017. The review petition was filed on 15th April, 2015. However, the matter could not be heard by the same Judge. 3.
