Respondent no.2 Suvaji @ Suvarnabai Prakash Shah is reported to be dead on 7.1.2018. Application for bringing legal heirs is in time on (14.3.2018.) Hence, Civil Application No. 665 of 2018 is allowed in terms of prayer (a) Amendment be carried out within two weeks. Issue notices to the newly added legal heirs. Stand over to 15.10.2018.
