Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

This petition assails the order dated 25th February, 2019 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay interim maintenance at the rate of Rs. 5,000/- p.m each to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 the wife and daughter of the petitioner, till the disposal of the main application.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main application is pending and it is at the stage of recording of evidence. 4.

Direction for payment of interim maintenance at the rate of Rs. 5,000/- p.m. to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 each can only be said to be conservative, by any standard. No case for interference with the direction by way of interim order, is warranted. 5.

Hence, the petition stands rejected.
