The Applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.189/2021 registered with Khed Police Station, Pune. After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief to Applicant No.1, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of the application as far as Applicant No.1 is concerned. Permission granted. Application for Applicant No.1 is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally.

As far as Applicant Nos.2 and 3 are concerned, learned APP Smt.Lohokare on instructions of Investigating Officer has fairly made a statement that the investigating agency does not want to arrest these two ladies.

The statement is recorded and accepted. In view of this statement, learned counsel Mr.Thakur, appearing for these two Applicants, does not press their application as well. 5.

Considering this situation, even their applications are allowed to be withdrawn.
