None appears for the Petitioner. The petition challenges the externment order dated 08/03/2018 by which the Petitioner was externed from the limits of Thane, Greater Mumbai, Mumbai suburbans and Raigad for a period of one year. The period of one year from the date of externment order has already lapsed. The record does not show that there was any stay operating in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
