This Court has considered all the aspects in the lead Appeal bearing First Appeal No.1125 of 2022. The Court upon considering various judgments has recorded reasons elaborately in the said Appeal. Since the present matter is similar to the said First Appeal, following order is passed :- i) The claimant Imtiyaz will be entitled to withdraw 50% of the amount lying in his account at present in the Bank. The remaining amount be released in the installments of Rs.2500/- per month till amount is exhausted. In so far as other claimants, Smt. Badrunnisha, Miss. Nazma, Miss. Sarjahan Begum and Miss. Madina are concerned, no modification is required in the order. In so far as Mast. Imran is concerned, since he is minor, order does not require any modification to his extent as well.
