By this petition, the petitioners herein has challenged the order of issuance of process passed by the 2nd Jt. J.M.F.C., Vasai in Criminal Case No. 201 of 2010.

The petitioners have alternative efficacious remedy of challenging the said order before the Sessions Court. Mr. Subodh Desai, learned counsel for the petitioners therefore, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file revision application alongwith application for condonation of delay before the Sessions Court. Leave with liberty is granted. Amount deposited by the petitioners in compliance with the order dated 11th July, 2017 passed by this Court be refunded to the petitioners.
