The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner on instructions seeks to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to fle a fresh Writ Petition if so advised. In view thereof, the above Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought.

Accordingly, the Interim Application No. 232 of 2021 also stands disposed of.

To enable the Petitioner to fle a fresh Writ Petition, the status quo as of today in respect of the subject property shall be maintained for a period of two weeks from today.
