This is an application for relaxing/modification of the condition nos. (b), (e) and (f) imposed vide order dated 16/12/2022 passed by this Court while allowing the anticipatory bail application.

I am not inclined to entertain the application for modification at this juncture considering the rival contentions and submissions made by learned counsel for the complainant as even after bail was granted, there has been some attempt on the part of the applicants to threaten 1/2

The application is rejected.

Liberty to apply before the trial Court for modification of the condition nos. (e) and (f) imposed vide order dated 16/12/2022 after 3 months which shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
