1] The present Petition was called out in the morning session. Mr.Ojas Jhaveri, son of the petitioner submitted that, his Advocate is on his way and requested this Court to keep back the matter in the second session.

In the second session, when the matter is called out, Mr.Ojas Jhaveri submitted that, now he intends to change his Advocate and therefore, time may be granted to him.
