This Court has considered all the aspects in the lead Appeal bearing First Appeal No.1125 of 2022. The Court upon considering various judgments has recorded reasons elaborately in the said Appeal. Since the present matter is similar to the said First Appeal, following order is passed :- i) Amount of Rs.80,000/- is already released in favour of claimant. Amount of Rs.7,20,000/- is deposited in her account. Claimant/Smt. Laxmi would be entitled to receive 50% of the amount out the amount lying in her account. Thereafter she will be entitled to receive Rs.4000/- per month till the whole deposit along with interest is exhausted.
