The application is for the stay of impugned judgment and order and restraining the respondent no.1 from taking action in pursuance of order dated 14th November 2014 and notice dated 11th March 2015.

Learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, states that the applicant has been depositing the taxes as per the rate decided in municipal appeal.

In that view of the matter, the applicant shall continue to deposit the amount of taxes with the respondent no.1 during pendency of present appeal. The deposit of the amount shall be subject to decision of the first appeal.

Civil application no.1047 of 2016 stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
